Letterfinlay Foods offers a  range of traditionally smoked Scottish salmon, using methods passed down through generations.
Our smoked salmon is prepared at their Corpach smokehouse, situated near Ben Nevis. It is smoked gently over oak logs, which imparts a delicate, smokey flavour.
The salmon is then hand-sliced to preserve its texture and taste.
We emphasizes the use of traditional techniques, ensuring that our smoked salmon retains the rich and fresh flavour of Scottish waters, perfect for gourmet meals and special occasions.
