We have the distinction of being one of the few remaining smokers who use traditional methods of smoking., we find that there is still a great demand for high quality, genuine products smoked using the historic smoke box.
Prime cuts of Wild Scottish Venison, Beef and Pork are smoked gently over oak logs, following an old Highland recipe producing the finest smoked meats.
Letterfinlay’s Smoked Salmon is smoked at our Corpach Smokehouse overlooking Ben Nevis, again using only traditional methods. Thus our smoked salmon is lightly smoked and then sliced by hand to retain the full flavour of our excellent Scottish Salmon.
Our delicatessen range offers a wide selection of Scottish Handmade Cheeses complimented by Highland oatcakes and herb biscuits. Try some of our jams and chutneys. We source from small cottage style businesses who make ‘home made’ products with wonderful flavours and lots of fruit.
